Are you in groups of people on some messaging app that discuss things that need to be done? Messaging apps are great for….sending messages, often gazillions of them and they get buried quickly and are hard to search. Project management software is great for designating tasks but it is only as good as the inputs and there needs to be somebody putting all the chatting in the messaging apps into the project management software, designating who does what when and how it is followed up on. They are two different things. AI is getting good enough that it might be able to help. Microsoft is working on a solution called co-pilot, but of course it is only available to those within the ginormous annoying expensive Microsoft office coral. We have been playing with a way that people could just chat and then get told what relevant tasks they have to do. Basically using AI to keep track, let each person know their checklist and then keep track and follow up.
