VOLUNTEER OURZINE COORDINATOR

Rorshok is a not-profit-seeking organization focused on building community. We do this in a number of ways, one of which we call Ourzines.

https://rorshok.com/ourzines/

Ourzines are a way for people to move print (and/or pictures) into a beautiful, portable zine-like booklet of up to sixty pages, that will fit into the back pocket of a pair of trousers.

The person we are looking for will think how we can bring Ourzines to libraries, particularly small and rural libraries at first in the United States and then internationally.

We are looking for a volunteer coordinator who ideally:

Is a librarian or has library or archival experience.
Loves or is intrigued by zines.
Is interested in real community building in new ways.
Respects information on paper.
Lives and works outside of a big city.
Able to spend approximately two hours each weekday on this.

Please send an email to mark at rorshok dot com with Ourzine Coordinator in the Subject line with less than fifty words about what interests you about this position.

We will hire the first qualified candidate and assessment will be on a rolling basis so early applications have an advantage.
