Fair Pick Positions

Small groups make decisions all the time, and it's surprising how difficult that can be. Where should we go for dinner? What book should our book club read? What movie should the family watch? Fair Pick is designed to be the easiest, fairest, and most enjoyable way for a small group to decide together. Instead of endless discussions, awkward compromises, or one person always getting their way, everybody participates in a simple, fun process that produces a decision people can live with. It saves time, avoids arguments, and makes deciding together part of the fun.

Fair Pick Project Manager

Fair Pick helps groups, large or small, make decisions as equals. Whether it's a family choosing a movie, friends picking a restaurant, or a club selecting its coordinator, decisions can be complicated, divisive, and exhausting. Fair Pick makes them easier and fairer. It's already built, but needs improvement and a launch! We're looking for someone to manage the project launch, improve the product, and introduce it to communities. An interest in digital products, community development, or the political science of decision-making would be ideal. Whadaya think?
